There’s not much small print, our terms & conditions are quite simple.

1) When you complete the form, you are making a booking. We will then confirm your booking time & date. If there is a problem, just get in touch and we can change it or cancel. No charge.

2) There will be no additional charges after the job has been completed. Our prices are designed to be simple to understand and completely transparent.

3) Over 98% of the jobs we complete are carried out at the price you have seen, and are based on standard house designs and sizes.

4) If you have a mansion, castle or a three-bed granny annex on the side then let us know and we can quote you individually.

5) We don’t do repairs. Unless discussed and quoted seperately, prior to work being carried out.

6) We carry out a full gutter survey with each job. Before and after photos included within the cost and you are welcome to have/view these.

7) If we are unable to to carry out the clean for any reason, there is no call out charge. Sometimes gutters don’t need to be cleared and you can only be sure after a survey. We understand and accept this may be the case sometimes.

8) The job will be carried out by one of our local, trained staff. They will be in touch via the booking confirmation email.
